Experience innovation with our wax block forming machine: Liquid wax, made from melted paraffin wax, beeswax, and other materials, is efficiently transported to the heated wax storage tank. The tank is equipped with a sophisticated heating and temperature control system, maintaining a crucial temperature of around 50-70 degrees Celsius. As the liquid wax enters the mold, a circulating cooling water system in the mold cooling channel solidifies the wax, crafting blocks that mirror the exact mold design. During this critical solidification phase, the machine applies pressure, ensuring each wax block is dense and flawlessly smooth. Once fully solidified, the wax block is carefully extracted by the ejecting mechanism or the intuitive mold opening and closing system.
