1, The process of dewaxing and deoiling is a sophisticated combination executed in a singular set of devices, simultaneously yielding dewaxed oil and paraffin. Our solvent dewaxing method starts with wax-laden raw oil, where a selective solvent is employed to lower the temperature, prompting the wax to solidify and crystallize. The solvent's unique properties allow it to dissolve oils while leaving wax insoluble or scarcely dissolved, creating a distinct solid-liquid phase. This phase is then meticulously filtered to achieve a clear separation of wax and oil. Beyond selective dissolution, the solvent is also pivotal in reducing oil viscosity, thus optimizing conditions for crystallization and filtration. The efficiency of this process hinges on several key factors: the properties and composition of the solvent, the quantity of solvent used, the method of solvent incorporation, the cooling rate, and the solvent's water content.

2, During production, it is crucial to recycle the solvent used in the filtrate and wax. The recovery system leverages double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, where both low pressure and high pressure towers operate synergistically in the flash and stripping phases, ensuring maximum solvent recovery and cost-effectiveness.

3, Over time, the solvent cycle experiences an increase in water content. To maintain efficiency, it is essential to process this solvent through a drying tower system, effectively removing water to restore the solvent's purity and performance.

4. Our solvent dewaxing and deoiling device employs a horizontal sleeve crystallizer to expertly manage the cooling and crystallization process of the raw material solution. Within this system, the solution is carefully cooled and crystallized as it progresses through a pipe equipped with a rotating scraper, ensuring precise control and optimal crystallization.

5, Once crystallized, the raw material solution is directed into a vacuum filter. Here, a vacuum pump efficiently extracts the solvent and oil, while wax adheres to the drum of the vacuum filter. Through continuous rotation, the wax is effectively scraped off. Due to the presence of solvent in the wax and oil, further processing in an extraction tower is necessary to fully recover the solvent.

6, In the wax refining and molding phase, wax containing solvent is transferred to a mixing tank where clay is introduced for refining. Subsequently, the mixture is processed through an automatic slag filter to separate the wax from the clay, resulting in refined wax. This refined wax is then shaped using specialized forming machines. High-output enterprises benefit from using both grain wax forming machines and wax block forming machines, catering to diverse production needs and maximizing output.
