1. Experience the seamless integration of dewaxing and deoiling in a singular, efficient process. Our equipment ingeniously produces both dewaxed oil and paraffin simultaneously. Solvent dewaxing involves processing wax-laden raw oil with a selective solvent, lowering temperatures to crystallize wax solids. This sophisticated method exploits the varying solubility of oil and wax, fostering a solid-liquid phase separation. The system facilitates efficient wax and oil separation through filtration. Besides selective dissolution, the solvent significantly decreases oil viscosity, enhancing crystallization and filtration efficacy. Key process influencers include solvent properties, composition, dosage, addition techniques, cooling rate, and solvent water content.

2. Efficient solvent recycling is paramount during production. The filtrate and wax solvent recovery system employs double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, demanding concurrent operation of both low-pressure and high-pressure towers during the flash and stripping process.

3. As the solvent cycles through the system, water content may increase over time, necessitating a transition into the drying tower system for precise dehydration and drying of the solvent.

4. The raw material solution undergoes a meticulous cooling and crystallization process within the horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the solution cools progressively as it flows through a pipe equipped with a rotating scraper, ensuring optimal crystallization.

5. Post-crystallization, the raw material solution transitions into a vacuum filter. This innovative vacuum filter, powered by a vacuum pump, extracts solvent and oil while wax adheres to the rotating filter drum. Scraping off the wax, which contains solvent, necessitates further processing in the extraction tower for solvent removal.

6. Within the wax refining and molding process, solvent-laden wax enters a mixing tank for clay refining, followed by an automatic slag filter to achieve pure refined wax. This refined wax is then transformed in a forming machine. High-output enterprises benefit from the versatility of both grain wax and wax block forming machines, ensuring maximum productivity and adaptability.
