1. Experience the innovation of our integrated dewaxing and deoiling process, which efficiently yields both dewaxed oil and paraffin in one sophisticated setup. Our cutting-edge solvent dewaxing technique involves introducing a selective solvent to wax-laden raw oil, cooling it to promote the solid crystallization of wax. This process leverages the solvent's unique ability to dissolve oil while leaving wax insoluble, forming a distinct solid-liquid phase. The subsequent filtration process effectively separates the wax from the oil. Beyond selective dissolution, our solvent also reduces the oil's viscosity, facilitating optimal crystallization and filtration. Key factors influencing this process include the solvent's properties and composition, the quantity of solvent used, the method of solvent addition, the cooling rate, and the solvent's water content.

2. During production, it is crucial to recycle the solvent present in both the filtrate and wax. Our solvent recovery system employs either double-effect or triple-effect evaporation techniques, requiring synchronized operation of both low-pressure and high-pressure towers during the flash and stripping stages.

3. As the solvent is cycled over time, water content increases, necessitating the use of a drying tower system to dehydrate and dry the solvent effectively.

4. The vital cooling and crystallization process of the raw material solution in our solvent dewaxing and deoiling device is expertly handled by a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Within this system, the raw material solution cools and crystallizes progressively in the pipe's forward flow, aided by an internal rotating scraper.

5. The crystallized raw material solution is then transferred to a vacuum filter. Here, a vacuum pump efficiently extracts the solvent and oil, while wax is adsorbed onto the vacuum filter drum. Through rotation, this wax is scraped off, after which it proceeds to the extraction tower to recover the solvent.

6. In the wax refining and molding phase, any solvent present within the wax enters a mixing tank where clay is added for refining. The mixture then passes through an automatic slag filter to separate the wax and clay, resulting in refined wax. This refined wax is subsequently molded using one of two machines: a grain wax forming machine or a wax block forming machine. High-output enterprises often utilize both types for maximum efficiency.
