1. Experience the seamless integration of dewaxing and deoiling in a single, sophisticated system. Our process simultaneously produces high-quality dewaxed oil and paraffin. The solvent dewaxing technique involves cooling wax-laden raw oil in the presence of a selective solvent, fostering solid wax crystallization. This method leverages the differential solubility of oil and wax in the solvent, creating a distinct solid-liquid phase that facilitates efficient separation via filtration. The solvent's dual role is pivotal—not only does it selectively dissolve components, but it also reduces oil viscosity, optimizing conditions for crystal formation and filtration separation. Key process influencers include solvent properties and composition, solvent quantity, addition techniques, cooling rates, and solvent water content.

2. During production, the solvent from the filtrate and wax must be meticulously recycled. This is achieved through a sophisticated double-effect or triple-effect evaporation system. The evaporation process is conducted with both low-pressure and high-pressure towers operating concurrently, particularly during flash and stripping phases, ensuring maximum resource recovery.

3. As the solvent circulates over time, its water content naturally increases, necessitating processing in the drying tower system. This crucial step effectively removes excess moisture, ensuring the solvent remains in optimal condition for continued use.

4. The cooling and crystallization of raw material solutions occur within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the solution gradually cools and crystallizes as it flows forward through pipes equipped with rotating scrapers, ensuring consistent and high-quality crystal formation.

5. Once crystallized, the raw material solution is transferred to a vacuum filter. This system employs a vacuum pump to efficiently extract the solvent and oil, while wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum. As the drum rotates, wax is expertly scraped off, and due to the solvent content in both wax and oil, they must proceed to the extraction tower for solvent reclamation.

6. Experience refined wax production like never before. The process begins with wax refining, where solvent-laden wax enters a mixing tank for clay refining. Following this, enter the automatic slag filter to separate wax from clay, yielding pristine refined wax. This refined product then enters forming machines, available in two styles: grain wax forming and wax block forming, catering to high-output enterprises that often employ both machine types for superior production efficiency.
