1. Our innovative dewaxing and deoiling equipment seamlessly combines processes to yield high-quality dewaxed oil and paraffin efficiently. Utilizing solvent dewaxing, wax-laden raw oil is cooled in the presence of a specialized solvent, encouraging the wax to crystallize. Meanwhile, the solvent dissolves oil, leveraging its unique properties to achieve distinct solid-liquid phases. Filtration then separates the wax from the oil with precision. Additionally, the solvent's role extends to viscosity reduction, optimizing conditions for crystallization and filtration. Critical factors influencing the efficacy of the solvent dewaxing and deoiling processes include the solvent's characteristics and composition, the quantity and method of solvent addition, cooling rates, and the solvent's water content.

2. During production, it's crucial to recycle the solvent from the filtrate and wax. Our system employs double-effect or triple-effect evaporation for efficient recovery. The synchronized operation of the low and high-pressure towers ensures seamless evaporation during flash and stripping processes.

3. As the solvent cycles, its water content can rise, necessitating its passage through a drying tower system to remove moisture and ensure the solvent remains dry and effective.

4. The cooling and crystallization of the raw solution in the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device are expertly managed within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. The solution cools progressively as it flows through the pipe, aided by an internal rotating scraper, ensuring optimal crystallization.

5. Post-crystallization, the raw material solution enters the vacuum filter, where the vacuum pump extracts solvent and oil. Wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum, from which it's scraped off through rotation. Solvent-laden wax and oil then advance to the extraction tower for solvent retrieval.

6. For wax refining and molding, solvent-infused wax enters a mixing tank for clay refining, followed by separation via an automatic slag filter. The outcome is refined wax, which is then shaped using one of two forming machines: a grain wax or wax block machine. High-output enterprises typically opt for both the grain wax forming machine and the wax block forming machine to maximize efficiency and production capacity.
