1, Embark on a revolutionary journey with our combined dewaxing and deoiling process, ingeniously housed within a single set of devices. This dual-action system simultaneously produces refined dewaxed oil and pristine paraffin. Our solvent dewaxing process is meticulously engineered to transform wax-laden raw oils into solid crystalline forms by reducing the temperature in the presence of a selective solvent. This sophisticated solvent not only dissolves oil but also exploits the differing solubility of wax, orchestrating a precise solid-liquid phase separation through cutting-edge filtration. The solvent also plays a pivotal role in reducing oil viscosity, facilitating optimal conditions for crystallization and filtration, achieving seamless wax-oil separation. The efficacy of this process depends on key factors such as solvent properties, composition, and the method of solvent addition. Other critical elements include cooling rate and solvent water content, all expertly managed to ensure top-tier performance.

2, In our innovative production process, the solvent embedded within the filtrate and wax undergoes a sophisticated recycling system. This involves a double-effect or triple-effect evaporation method, expertly managing both low and high-pressure towers simultaneously during the processes of flashing and stripping, ensuring maximum solvent recovery and sustainability.

3, Over continuous cycles, solvent water content tends to increase; hence, it is essential to employ our advanced drying tower system. This system precisely removes excess water, maintaining the optimal dryness of the solvent for sustained efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Our solvent dewaxing and deoiling device showcases an exemplary cooling and crystallization process, executed within a state-of-the-art horizontal sleeve crystallizer. As the raw material solution flows forward through the equipment, a rotating scraper ensures meticulous cooling and crystallization, optimizing the quality and purity of the end product.

5, Once crystallized, the raw material solution is deftly transferred into our high-efficiency vacuum filter. The vacuum pump expertly extracts the solvent and oil, while wax is captured on the rotating vacuum filter drum. The wax is then delicately scraped off, and any solvent contained within is efficiently extracted in the extraction tower, ensuring a pristine final product.

6, The refinement and molding of wax are achieved through a sophisticated process where the solvent-laden wax is directed into a mixing tank. Here, clay is introduced for refining, followed by processing in an automatic slag filter that ensures the separation of wax and clay, yielding perfectly refined wax. This refined wax is then formed using one of two advanced machines: a grain wax forming machine or a wax block forming machine. Enterprises with high output demands often opt for both machines to maximize productivity and versatility.
