1, Embark on a transformative journey with our advanced dewaxing and deoiling process, seamlessly combined in a singular system to yield both pristine dewaxed oil and high-quality paraffin. Our cutting-edge solvent dewaxing technology involves using wax-laden raw oil, enhanced by a selective solvent, to systematically reduce temperatures and promote the crystallization of wax into solid forms. This ingenious process leverages the unique solubility characteristics of the solvent, facilitating the separation of wax and oil into distinct solid-liquid phases through efficient filtration. Moreover, the solvent not only assists in selective dissolution but also significantly reduces oil viscosity, thereby optimizing conditions for crystallization and filtration separation. The efficacy of our solvent dewaxing and deoiling process is contingent upon critical factors such as the properties and composition of the solvent, the quantity and method of solvent addition, the cooling rate, and the solvent's water content.

2, During production, the solvent embedded in the filtrate and wax undergoes a meticulously engineered recycling process. Utilizing a dual or triple-effect evaporation system, the filtrate and wax solvent recovery operation orchestrates synchronized performances of the low-pressure and high-pressure towers, culminating in seamless flash and stripping processes.

3, As the solvent cycles through the system over time, an inevitable increase in water content necessitates the solvent's transition into the sophisticated drying tower system, where meticulous dehydration and drying processes are conducted to ensure the solvent's optimal condition.

4. The cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution in our state-of-the-art solvent dewaxing and deoiling apparatus are executed within the horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the raw material solution undergoes gradual cooling and crystallization in a forward-flow pipe engineered with a rotating scraper, ensuring precise and efficient processing.

5, Upon crystallization, the raw material solution is transferred to the vacuum filter. The vacuum filter employs a high-performance vacuum pump to extract solvent and oil, while wax is adeptly adsorbed onto the vacuum filter drum and scraped off through innovative rotational mechanisms. Given that the wax and oil contain solvent, they are directed into the extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6, For wax refining and molding, the solvent-laden wax is directed into the mixing tank, where clay refining is introduced. Subsequently, the mixture enters an advanced automatic slag filter to separate wax from clay, yielding refined wax. This refined wax is then processed in the forming machine, with high-output enterprises often opting for both grain wax and wax block forming machines to maximize efficiency and productivity.
