1, Dewaxing and deoiling represent an intricate, combined process executed within a single, sophisticated set of devices. This innovative system efficiently produces dewaxed oil alongside paraffin. Our solvent dewaxing process carefully handles wax-laden raw oil by introducing a selective solvent. This reduces the temperature, causing solid crystallization of the wax. The unique solvent properties allow for the dissolution of oil while ensuring wax remains insoluble, forming an ideal solid-liquid phase. This phase undergoes precise filtration to achieve an optimal separation of wax and oil. In addition to selective dissolution, the solvent reduces oil viscosity, facilitating ideal conditions for crystallization and subsequent filtration separation. Key factors influencing this efficient solvent dewaxing and deoiling process include the solvent's properties and composition, the amount and method of solvent addition, cooling rate, and the solvent's water content.

2, During production, solvent recycling is vital for both filtrate and wax. Our advanced system employs double-effect or triple-effect evaporation for solvent recovery, requiring simultaneous operation of low and high-pressure towers in both the flash and stripping phases, ensuring maximum solvent reclamation and efficiency.

3, Over time, the solvent in the cycle can accumulate water, necessitating the use of a drying tower system. This system expertly removes excess water, ensuring the solvent is thoroughly dried and ready for reuse, maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the overall process.

4. The cooling and crystallization of the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device's raw material solution are seamlessly executed in the horizontal sleeve crystallizer. The solution cools and crystallizes progressively within the forward-moving pipe, equipped with a rotating scraper, optimizing the crystallization phase.

5, The crystallized raw material solution enters a high-performance vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump skillfully extracts the solvent and oil, with wax adhering to the vacuum filter drum. The rotation scrapes off the wax efficiently. Given the solvent content in wax and oil, it is crucial to advance to the extraction tower for solvent retrieval.

6, For the wax refining and molding phase, the solvent-containing wax is processed in a mixing tank with added clay for refining. This mixture is then fed into an automatic slag filter to separate the wax from the clay, yielding refined wax. The refined wax is subsequently formed using one of two types of forming machines: a grain wax forming machine or a wax block forming machine. High-output enterprises often utilize both machines to maximize efficiency and output.
