1. Discover the seamless integration of dewaxing and deoiling in a single set of devices, designed to simultaneously produce dewaxed oil and paraffin. This process involves solvent dewaxing, where wax-containing raw oil is processed in the presence of a selective solvent. By lowering the temperature, solid wax crystals are formed. The unique properties of the solvent dissolve the oil while leaving the wax undissolved or minimally soluble, leading to a solid-liquid phase separation. This allows for efficient filtration-based separation of wax and oil. Beyond its selective dissolution role, the solvent also lowers oil viscosity, facilitating crystal formation and filtration separation. Key factors influencing this process include solvent properties and composition, the amount and method of solvent addition, cooling rate, and solvent water content.

2. During production, it’s crucial to recycle the solvent found in the filtrate and wax. Our system employs a double-effect or triple-effect evaporation process for solvent recovery. The evaporation process demands synchronized operation of both low and high-pressure towers, seamlessly integrating flash and stripping techniques.

3. As the solvent undergoes cycles, its water content rises. To maintain efficiency, it enters our advanced drying tower system for thorough water removal and comprehensive drying.

4. The sophisticated cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution in our solvent dewaxing and deoiling device occur within a state-of-the-art horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the solution cools and crystallizes as it traverses the pipe with a rotating scraper, ensuring optimal results.

5. The crystallized raw material solution is directed into the vacuum filter. Our vacuum filter utilizes a vacuum pump to extract solvent and oil, while wax is adsorbed onto the vacuum filter drum. As the drum rotates, wax is efficiently scraped off. Since the wax and oil contain solvent, they are transferred to the extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6. For the refinement and molding of wax, the solvent-containing wax is moved into a mixing tank where clay is added for refining. The mixture then enters an automatic slag filter to separate wax and clay, yielding refined wax. This refined wax progresses to the forming machine, where it is shaped. We offer two forming machine options: a grain wax forming machine for high output and a wax block forming machine, catering to diverse production needs. High-output enterprises often opt for both machine types to maximize efficiency and versatility.
