1. Dewaxing and deoiling are ingeniously combined into a singular, streamlined process within our specialized equipment, efficiently producing both dewaxed oil and paraffin. The solvent dewaxing technique involves processing wax-laden raw oil with selective solvents, lowering temperatures to crystallize the wax into solid form. By utilizing the unique solubility characteristics of these solvents, a distinct solid-liquid phase is created, allowing for precise separation of wax and oil through advanced filtration. The solvent not only acts as a dissolving agent but also reduces the oil's viscosity, optimizing conditions for crystallization and separation. Critical factors influencing the solvent dewaxing and deoiling processes include the properties and composition of the solvent, the amount and method of solvent addition, cooling rate, and solvent water content.

2. During production, the recycling of the solvent within the filtrate and wax is paramount. This is achieved through a sophisticated double-effect or triple-effect evaporation system, ensuring efficient recovery. The evaporation process requires simultaneous operation of both the low-pressure and high-pressure towers, particularly during the crucial flashing and stripping phases.

3. Over time, as the solvent cycles, its water content can increase, necessitating the use of the drying tower system. This vital step effectively removes excess moisture, ensuring the solvent remains in optimal condition for ongoing processing.

4. The cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution in our solvent dewaxing and deoiling apparatus are expertly managed within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. As the raw material solution progresses, it cools and crystallizes efficiently within the pipe equipped with an internal rotating scraper, enhancing the process's efficacy.

5. Following crystallization, the raw material solution is directed into a vacuum filter. Here, a vacuum pump efficiently extracts the solvent and oil, leaving wax to adhere to the vacuum filter drum. The drum's rotation facilitates the removal of wax, which, due to solvent content, is directed to the extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6. In the final wax refining and molding phase, the solvent-laden wax is transferred to a mixing tank where clay is added for further refinement. An advanced automatic slag filter separates wax from clay, yielding highly refined wax. This refined wax is then crafted into its final form using one of two forming machines: a grain wax forming machine for high-output requirements or a wax block forming machine, both preferred for their efficiency and quality in production.
