1, Experience the seamless integration of dewaxing and deoiling processes within a single sophisticated setup. This system simultaneously delivers high-quality dewaxed oil and paraffin. Solvent dewaxing involves processing wax-laden raw oil using a selective solvent that reduces the temperature, prompting wax to form solid crystals. The selective solvent dissolves the oil while leaving the wax largely insoluble, leading to a distinct solid-liquid phase separation. Filtration then efficiently separates the wax from the oil. Beyond its role as a selective dissolver, the solvent significantly lowers the oil's viscosity, optimizing conditions for crystal formation and effective filtration. Key influencers of the solvent dewaxing and deoiling process include the properties and composition of the solvent, the amount and method of solvent addition, cooling rates, and the solvent's water content.

2, During production, it is crucial to recycle the solvent from both the filtrate and wax. Our recovery system employs double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, ensuring efficient solvent retrieval. This intricate evaporation process requires synchronized operation of the low-pressure and high-pressure towers for optimal performance during flash and stripping phases.

3, Over time, the solvent's water content might increase, necessitating the use of our drying tower system. This sophisticated system effectively removes excess water, ensuring the solvent remains dry and primed for continued use.

4. The advanced cooling and crystallization process of the raw solution within our solvent dewaxing and deoiling equipment is expertly managed by a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. The solution progressively cools and crystallizes through the pipe's forward flow, aided by an internal rotating scraper, culminating in precise crystallization.

5, Once crystallized, the raw material solution enters the vacuum filter. Here, a vacuum pump extracts the solvent and oil, while wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum. As the drum rotates, wax is efficiently scraped off. Given that both wax and oil contain residual solvent, they are directed to the extraction tower where the solvent is meticulously recovered.

6, The refined wax molding process involves the solvent-laden wax entering a mixing tank, where it is enhanced with clay refining. This is followed by an automatic slag filter separation to yield purified wax. The refined wax is subsequently introduced into a forming machine, with options for either a grain wax forming machine or a wax block forming machine. High-output enterprises typically opt for the versatility of both grain wax and wax block forming machines to maximize production efficiency.
