1, The dewaxing and deoiling process is ingeniously combined in one seamless operation. This facilitates the concurrent production of dewaxed oil and premium paraffin. Through solvent dewaxing, wax-laden raw oil undergoes transformation; utilizing a selective solvent, the temperature is meticulously reduced to form solid wax crystals. These crystals emerge due to the unique dissolving capabilities of the solvent, distinguishing between oil and wax, and forming a solid-liquid phase. Through adept filtration, the separation of wax and oil is achieved with finesse. In this sophisticated system, the solvent not only selectively dissolves but also adeptly reduces the oil's viscosity, setting the stage for optimal crystallization and separation. Key influences on this process include the properties and composition of the solvent, the precise amount added, the method of incorporation, the cooling rate, and the solvent's water content.

2, During production, it is essential to recover the solvent from both the filtrate and wax. Our cutting-edge recovery system employs double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, where the low and high-pressure towers harmoniously operate to reclaim solvents during flash and stripping phases, ensuring sustainability and resource optimization.

3, Over time, the solvent cycle sees an increase in water content, necessitating its passage through our efficient drying tower system. Here, the solvent is meticulously dried, preserving its integrity for further use.

4. The cooling and crystallization journey of the raw material solution in our solvent dewaxing and deoiling equipment unfolds within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. As the solution flows forward, it gradually cools and crystallizes, aided by an internal rotating scraper that ensures an even and thorough process.

5, The crystallized raw solution then advances to our state-of-the-art vacuum filter. This device, powered by a vacuum pump, effectively extracts the solvent and oil, while wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum. Through rotation, the wax is expertly removed, and due to the solvent content within, it proceeds to the extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6, For wax refinement and molding, the solvent-laden wax enters a mixing tank where it undergoes clay refining. After which, it proceeds to an automatic slag filter, separating wax from clay to yield pure, refined wax. This refined wax is then crafted in a forming machine, with the versatility to choose between a grain wax or wax block forming machine. Enterprises with high output demands often opt for both types, ensuring both efficiency and quality in production.
