1, Our integrated dewaxing and deoiling process employs a sophisticated apparatus to simultaneously produce dewaxed oil and paraffin. This method involves solvent dewaxing of wax-laden crude oil, leveraging selective solvents to lower temperatures and encourage wax crystallization. The process capitalizes on the solvent's ability to dissolve oil while the wax remains insoluble, effectively creating a solid-liquid separation. Filtration is then used to segregate the wax from the oil. Besides its selective dissolution capabilities, the solvent also reduces oil viscosity, thereby facilitating optimal crystallization and separation. Key factors influencing the efficiency of solvent dewaxing and deoiling include the solvent's properties and composition, the quantity of solvent used, methods of solvent addition, cooling rate, and the solvent's water content.

2, During production, it is crucial to recycle solvents found in the filtrate and wax. Our innovative filtrate and wax solvent recovery system utilizes double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, requiring synchronized operation of both low-pressure and high-pressure towers during the flash and stripping phases.

3, After prolonged solvent cycling, increased water content necessitates routing through the drying tower system, efficiently extracting water and drying the solvent to maintain peak performance.

4. The cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution in our solvent dewaxing and deoiling system are accomplished within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the solution cools progressively, with a rotating scraper facilitating the crystallization as it flows through the pipe.

5, Post-crystallization, the raw material solution enters a vacuum filter. This advanced vacuum filter employs a vacuum pump to extract the solvent and oil, with wax adhering to the drum. As the drum rotates, wax is scraped off, and since both the wax and oil contain solvent, they must proceed to the extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6, In the wax refining and molding stage, solvents within the wax enter a mixing tank for clay refining. Following this, the mixture passes through an automatic slag filter to achieve the separation of wax and clay, resulting in refined wax. This refined wax is then fed into a forming machine. We offer two forming machine options: a grain wax forming machine and a wax block forming machine. High-output enterprises typically opt for both machines to maximize production efficiency.
