Introducing our bespoke solvent deoiling and dewaxing oil refining separation system, uniquely tailored with an advanced filtration mechanism.

1, Experience the seamless synergy of dewaxing and deoiling processes in this integrated device. Simultaneously generating dewaxed oil and paraffin, it ingeniously leverages solvent dewaxing technology. Wax-laden raw oil, treated with a selective solvent, is cooled until wax forms solid crystals. The solvent, adeptly dissolving oil while leaving wax insoluble, facilitates a clear solid-liquid phase, achieving a precise separation via filtration. Beyond selective dissolution, the solvent effectively reduces oil viscosity, optimizing conditions for crystal formation and filtration. Key factors influencing this sophisticated process include solvent attributes and composition, solvent quantity, method of addition, cooling rate, and solvent moisture content.

2, During production, solvent recovery from filtrate and wax is critical. Our innovative recovery system uses double or triple-effect evaporation, simultaneously operating low and high-pressure towers to efficiently flash and strip the solvent.

3, Over time, the water content in the solvent cycle increases, necessitating entry into the drying tower system for precise dehydration and solvent drying.

4. The raw material solution undergoes a cooling and crystallization process within our horizontal sleeve crystallizer. As it flows forward through the pipe equipped with a rotating scraper, the solution cools and crystallizes progressively.

5, Once crystallized, the raw material solution enters the vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump expertly extracts the solvent and oil. The wax, adhering to the vacuum filter drum, is scraped off as it rotates. Given the solvent content in wax and oil, the mixture proceeds to the extraction tower for solvent reclamation.

6, In the wax refining and molding stage, the solvent-rich wax is funneled into the mixing tank, where clay refining occurs. Following this, the mixture enters an automatic slag filter for wax and clay separation, yielding refined wax. This refined wax is then channeled into a molding machine. Enterprises prioritizing high output often opt for both granular and block wax molding machines, maximizing production efficiency and diversity.
