1. Discover the innovative approach of our dewaxing deoiling process, a harmonious blend of technology and efficiency. This advanced system allows simultaneous production of dewaxed oil and paraffin. Employing the technique of solvent dewaxing, it effectively reduces temperatures in the presence of a selective solvent, promoting the formation of solid wax crystals. By leveraging the unique properties of the solvent, the process dissolves oil while maintaining the insolubility of wax, achieving a meticulous separation of solid and liquid phases through filtration. The solvent's dual role in reducing oil viscosity paves the way for optimal crystallization and filtration, with key influencing factors being solvent properties, composition, cooling rates, and more.

2. Our production process ensures sustainability through meticulous recycling systems. The filtrate and wax solvent undergo recovery via a sophisticated double-effect or triple-effect evaporation system. This process requires synchronized operations of both low and high-pressure towers, enhancing efficiency during the flash and stripping phases.

3. After prolonged solvent circulation, increased water content necessitates the use of our drying tower system, which expertly removes excess moisture, ensuring the solvent remains in peak condition for continuous operation.

4. Experience unparalleled precision during the cooling and crystallization of raw solutions, expertly handled in our horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the solution cools and crystallizes efficiently as it flows through a pipe, aided by a rotating scraper for optimal results.

5. The crystallized solution transitions seamlessly into our advanced vacuum filter system. Utilizing cutting-edge vacuum pumps, the system efficiently extracts solvent and oil while adeptly capturing wax on the filter drum. As the drum rotates, wax is meticulously scraped off, then directed to the extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6. Our wax refining process is a testament to technological excellence. The wax, containing solvent, enters a mixing tank for clay refining, followed by automatic slag filtration to separate wax from clay, yielding refined wax. This refined wax is then processed in one of two forming machines – either a grain wax or a wax block forming machine – providing high-output solutions for diverse industrial needs.
