Introducing our Customized Solvent Deoiling and Dewaxing Oil Refining Separation Equipment, ingeniously integrated with a state-of-the-art filtration system, designed specifically for high-efficiency and precision in oil purification processes.

1. Our cutting-edge solvent deoiling and dewaxing process is a unified system that simultaneously generates dewaxed oil and paraffin. By utilizing selective solvents, the temperature is meticulously reduced, inducing solid crystallization of the wax from the raw, wax-rich oil. The process leverages the unique ability of the solvent to dissolve oils while leaving waxes relatively insoluble, thus creating a distinct solid-liquid separation phase. Filtration further facilitates the extraction of wax, achieving a seamless separation of oil from wax. Key to optimizing this process are factors such as the properties and composition of the solvent, the amount added, the method of addition, the rate of cooling, and the solvent's moisture content.

2. Throughout production, recycling of the solvent from the filtrate and wax is crucial. Our dual or triple-effect evaporation systems ensure efficient solvent recovery, requiring synchronized operation of both the low-pressure and high-pressure towers during flashing and stripping, thereby maximizing resource utilization and minimizing waste.

3. Over time, water content within the solvent increases, necessitating its transfer to our advanced drying tower system. Here, excess moisture is expertly removed, restoring the solvent's efficacy and readiness for reuse in the deoiling process.

4. The cooling and crystallization of the solvent's raw material solution are executed within a sophisticated horizontal sleeve crystallizer. As the solution flows forward within the pipe, a rotating scraper ensures even cooling and crystallization, setting the stage for optimal wax purification.

5. Once crystallized, the raw material solution is directed into our vacuum filter. A vacuum pump meticulously extracts the solvent and oil, while wax is adsorbed onto the vacuum filter drum. Through continuous rotation, wax is effortlessly scraped off, after which the solvent-laden wax and oil enter the extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6. For wax refining and molding, the solvent-laden wax is transferred to a mixing tank where clay is added for refinement. The mixture then progresses to an automatic slag filter, separating wax from clay to produce refined wax. This refined wax is subsequently processed in one of two forming machines—either a grain wax forming machine or a wax block forming machine, with high-output operations typically utilizing both to enhance efficiency and production capacity.
