1. Our dewaxing and deoiling process is a sophisticated synergy within a single device, designed to simultaneously yield high-quality dewaxed oil and paraffin. Through solvent dewaxing, wax-laden raw oil is exposed to a selective solvent, which meticulously induces crystallization of wax at reduced temperatures. This innovative approach exploits the solubility differences between oil and wax in the solvent, facilitating a seamless solid-liquid phase separation. The solvent not only serves as a selective dissolution agent but also significantly lowers the oil's viscosity, paving the way for optimal crystallization and filtration. Key factors influencing this state-of-the-art solvent dewaxing and deoiling process include the properties and concentration of the solvent, the method of solvent addition, cooling rates, and the solvent's water content.

2. During the production cycle, efficient recovery of the solvent from the filtrate and wax is paramount. Our advanced system employs dual-effect or triple-effect evaporation for the solvent recovery process, with meticulous coordination between the low-pressure and high-pressure towers to ensure simultaneous operation during the flash and stripping stages.

3. As the solvent cycles through the system, its water content may increase over time, necessitating its passage through a state-of-the-art drying tower system. This ensures thorough removal of water, resulting in a dry, reusable solvent.

4. The cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution within our innovative solvent dewaxing and deoiling device occur seamlessly in a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the solution is progressively cooled and crystallized as it flows forward through the meticulously engineered pipe, aided by an internal rotating scraper.

5. Once crystallized, the raw material solution is directed into the vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump efficiently extracts the solvent and oil. The vacuum filter drum captures the wax, which is then precisely scraped off by rotation. Due to residual solvent in the wax and oil, they are further processed in an extraction tower to reclaim the solvent.

6. To refine and mold the wax, the solvent-laden wax enters a mixing tank, where clay is added for refining. This mixture then proceeds to an automatic slag filter for the clean separation of wax and clay, yielding pristine refined wax. The refined wax is subsequently shaped by a forming machine. Enterprises with high output demands benefit by using both the grain wax forming machine and the wax block forming machine, offering flexibility and efficiency in production.
