1, Experience the seamless fusion of dewaxing and deoiling in a singular device, perfectly engineered to produce both dewaxed oil and paraffin. Solvent dewaxing involves handling wax-laden raw oil, where the presence of a selective solvent reduces temperatures, encouraging wax to crystallize solidly. The solvent demonstrates its prowess by dissolving oil while leaving wax almost untouched, leading to a distinct solid-liquid phase. This is expertly filtered to achieve impeccable separation of wax and oil. Notably, beyond its role in selective dissolution, the solvent significantly reduces oil viscosity, thus promoting optimal crystallization and filtration. Key factors influencing this process include solvent properties, compositions, the quantity added, the method of addition, cooling rate, and solvent's water content, all crucial for flawless operation.

2, During production, the solvent entrapped in the filtrate and wax is meticulously recycled using a dual or triple-effect evaporation system. This evaporation necessitates the simultaneous operation of both low and high-pressure towers, particularly in the flash and stripping phases, ensuring efficient solvent recovery.

3, As the solvent cycles through the system, water content inevitably climbs. To counteract this, our process seamlessly integrates a drying tower system to skilfully remove excess water and ensure solvent re-drying, thus maintaining operational efficiency.

4. The cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution within the solvent dewaxing and deoiling apparatus occurs in the highly efficient horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the solution is gradually cooled and crystallized as it progresses through a pipe equipped with a rotating scraper, ensuring thorough and uniform crystallization.

5, The crystallized raw material solution then enters a vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump expertly extracts the solvent and oil. Wax is subsequently adsorbed onto the vacuum filter drum, from which it is meticulously scraped off. Given the solvent content in the wax and oil, it is essential to channel this mix into an extraction tower for further solvent extraction.

6, In the final stages of wax refinement and molding, the wax, still containing traces of solvent, is transferred into a mixing tank where clay is added for refinement. The mixture then proceeds to an automatic slag filter for wax-clay separation, yielding refined wax. This refined wax is then molded using one of two machines: a grain wax forming machine or a wax block forming machine. High-output enterprises often opt for both machines to maximize production efficiency and versatility.
