1, Our innovative dewaxing and deoiling equipment is a meticulously engineered process, combining technology to simultaneously produce dewaxed oil and paraffin. Solvent dewaxing expertly transforms wax-laden raw oil into a solid crystalline form by reducing the temperature in the presence of a selective solvent. This results in a distinctive solid-liquid phase, enabling a seamless separation process through advanced filtration. The solvent not only has the unique ability to selectively dissolve components but also effectively reduces oil viscosity, facilitating optimal crystallization and separation. Key elements impacting this process include the solvent's properties and composition, precise solvent addition, cooling rates, and water content, all contributing to exceptional solvent dewaxing and deoiling performance.

2, During production, the vital solvent present in both filtrate and wax is efficiently recycled. Our cutting-edge filtrate and wax solvent recovery systems incorporate double-effect or triple-effect evaporation technology. To maximize efficiency, the evaporation process ingeniously coordinates the simultaneous operation of both low and high-pressure towers during the crucial flash and stripping phases.

3, As the solvent undergoes its lifecycle, the inevitable increase in water content necessitates a transition to our advanced drying tower system. This critical step effectively removes excess water, ensuring the solvent is impeccably dried and ready for reuse.

4. The solvent dewaxing and deoiling device's cooling and crystallization magic occurs within the meticulously designed horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the raw material solution elegantly cools and crystallizes, thanks to a forward flow through a strategically crafted pipe with an internal rotating scraper, delivering exceptional results.

5, Once crystallization is achieved, the raw material solution is transferred to the sophisticated vacuum filter. Utilizing a robust vacuum pump, the filter efficiently extracts the solvent and oil, while wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum. Through systematic rotation, the wax is expertly scraped off. Given the presence of solvent in both wax and oil, the solution advances into the extraction tower for thorough solvent retrieval.

6, Achieving refined wax perfection involves an intricate process. The solvent-laden wax enters the mixing tank for clay refining, followed by passage through the automatic slag filter for clay separation. This results in exquisite refined wax, which is then channeled into the forming machine. Choose from two sophisticated machines: the grain wax forming machine or the wax block forming machine. High-capacity enterprises often opt for both, ensuring a seamless production of superior-quality wax in various forms.
