A cutting-edge wax block forming machine expertly designed for transforming liquid wax into perfectly shaped wax blocks. This high-performance device takes the liquid wax and molds it into uniform blocks with precision and ease.
The journey of liquid wax begins as it is transported via pipeline or container into the wax storage tank of the forming machine. This tank is a marvel of engineering, featuring both heating and temperature control devices to maintain paraffin, beeswax, and other waxes at an ideal temperature range of 50-70 degrees Celsius. Once the liquid wax enters the sophisticated mold, it solidifies as cooling water circulates through the mold's cooling channel. The impeccable design of the mold shapes the final wax block flawlessly. During the solidification process, pressure may be applied to enhance the wax block's density and smoothness. After achieving a perfectly solid form, the block is effortlessly removed by an efficient ejecting mechanism or through the precise mold opening and closing mechanism.
