1. Our state-of-the-art dewaxing and deoiling process operates as a cohesive system to simultaneously produce dewaxed oil and paraffin. This process leverages solvent dewaxing, where wax-laden raw oil, in the presence of a selective solvent, is cooled to crystallize the wax. The solvent's unique ability to dissolve oil while leaving wax largely insoluble enables a distinct solid-liquid phase separation, achieved via precision filtration. The solvent additionally reduces oil viscosity, facilitating optimal conditions for crystallization and filtration. Key variables influencing solvent dewaxing and deoiling include solvent properties, composition, addition quantity, application method, cooling rate, and solvent water content.

2. During production, it's vital to recycle solvents from both filtrate and wax. The sophisticated solvent recovery system employs double-effect or triple-effect evaporation. This meticulous evaporation process requires synchronized operation of low and high-pressure towers during flash and stripping phases.

3. Over time, as the solvent cycle progresses, water content may increase, necessitating a transfer to the drying tower system. Here, water is efficiently removed to dry the solvent, maintaining process integrity.

4. The cooling and crystallization phase of the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device's raw material solution is conducted within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the solution cools and crystallizes progressively as it flows through pipes equipped with rotating scrapers, ensuring uniform cooling and crystallization.

5. Post-crystallization, the raw material solution is transferred to a vacuum filter. The vacuum pump expertly extracts solvent and oil, while wax is adsorbed onto the vacuum filter drum. Through systematic rotation, wax is scraped off. Since the wax and oil contain solvent, they must enter the extraction tower for solvent retrieval.

6. In the wax refining and molding stage, solvent-laden wax is introduced into a mixing tank where clay refining takes place. The mixture then progresses to an automatic slag filter to separate wax from clay, yielding refined wax. This refined wax is then transferred into forming machines, of which high-output enterprises typically use both grain wax and wax block forming machines to maximize production capabilities.
