The process begins as liquid wax, comprising melted paraffin wax, beeswax, and more, is smoothly transferred into the wax storage tank through pipeline or container. This tank boasts sophisticated heating and temperature control mechanisms, warming the paraffin wax to an optimal 50-70 degrees Celsius. As the wax enters the mold, it undergoes rapid solidification aided by the circulation of cooling water through the mold's cooling channels. The expertly crafted mold shapes the wax block, while a pressure system ensures it is compact and flawlessly smooth. Once solidification is complete, an efficient ejecting or mold opening mechanism effortlessly releases the pristine wax block.
