1. Experience the seamless integration of dewaxing and deoiling within a single sophisticated apparatus. This innovative process simultaneously yields both dewaxed oil and paraffin. Our Solvent Dewaxing technology involves treating wax-containing raw oil with a selective solvent, expertly lowering the temperature to crystallize the wax into a solid form. Through the unique properties of the solvent, which dissolves the oil while making the wax insoluble or less soluble, a solid-liquid phase is achieved. The filtration process then efficiently separates wax from oil. Additionally, the solvent not only selectively dissolves but also reduces the oil's viscosity, fostering ideal conditions for crystallization and filtration. Key factors influencing the efficacy of this process include solvent properties, composition, the precise amount of solvent added, the method of solvent addition, the cooling rate, and the solvent's water content.

2. Our production process champions sustainability by recycling solvent present in both the filtrate and wax. This solvent recovery system utilizes state-of-the-art double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, demanding synchronized operation of both low and high-pressure towers during the flash and stripping phases.

3. Over time, the recycled solvent accumulates water content, necessitating processing through our Drying Tower System to effectively remove moisture and ensure the solvent is optimally dry for reuse.

4. The cooling and crystallization of the solvent dewaxing and deoiling raw material solution are expertly conducted within a high-performance horizontal sleeve crystallizer. As the solution progresses through the pipe, equipped with a rotating scraper, it gradually cools and crystallizes.

5. Once crystallized, the raw material solution is directed to the vacuum filter. Here, a vacuum pump extracts the solvent and oil, leaving wax to be adsorbed onto the vacuum filter drum. The rotation gently scrapes off the wax, which, still containing solvent, proceeds to the Extraction Tower for solvent recovery.

6. Wax refinement and molding commence with the wax-solvent mix entering a mixing tank where clay is added for refining. The mixture then passes through an automatic slag filter, separating clay from wax to yield refined wax. This refined wax is then molded using one of two forming machines: a Grain Wax Forming Machine or a Wax Block Forming Machine. High-output enterprises typically employ both machines to maximize production capabilities.
