Through the innovative solvent dewaxing method, raw wax-laden oil is cooled in selective solvents, forming solid wax crystals. The unique properties of these solvents dissolve oil while ensuring wax remains insoluble, creating a distinct solid-liquid phase. This phase undergoes refined filtration, expertly separating wax from oil. Additionally, these solvents reduce oil viscosity, facilitating optimal crystallization and separation. Key drivers of this process include solvent properties and composition, precise solvent dosage, addition technique, cooling speed, and solvent water content.

2, Witness the brilliance of our process, where solvent recovery from filtrate and wax is streamlined through dual or triple-effect evaporation systems. This evaporation marvel requires the synchronized operation of both low and high-pressure towers, excelling in flash and stripping efficiency.

3, As the solvent cycles through, its water content inevitably rises. Our state-of-the-art drying tower system is ready to step in, expertly extracting water to restore solvent purity and efficiency.

4. The magic of cooling and crystallization unfolds within our horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the raw material solution receives a cooling embrace, transforming into a crystallized marvel as it journeys through a rotating scraper-enhanced pipeline.

5, The crystallized raw solution is ushered into our high-tech vacuum filter. With precision, the solvent and oil are drawn out by a vacuum pump, while wax finds its place on the vacuum filter drum. Through rotation, the wax is meticulously removed. Since both wax and oil carry residual solvent, they are directed to the extraction tower for solvent reclamation.

6, Enter the realm of wax refinement and molding. The solvent-laden wax enters the mixing tank for clay refinement, followed by the automatic slag filter for wax-clay separation, yielding refined wax. This refined marvel progresses to the forming machine, where two options await: the grain wax forming machine or the wax block forming machine. High-output enterprises often embrace both, maximizing efficiency and versatility.
