The Wax Block Forming Machine is an innovative device designed to transform liquid wax into perfectly shaped wax blocks with efficiency and precision.
Our advanced wax block forming machine expertly channels liquid wax—derived from heated melted paraffin wax, beeswax, and more—into the storage tank through pipelines or containers. This tank is fitted with sophisticated heating and temperature control technology, maintaining paraffin wax at an ideal 50-70 degrees Celsius. Once the wax reaches the mold, it solidifies rapidly by means of a circulating cooling water system within the mold's cooling channels. The mold's design dictates the final shape of the wax block. During this solidification phase, pressure might be applied to ensure the wax block's structure is dense and its surface impeccably smooth. After achieving full solidity, the wax block is effortlessly removed via an ejecting mechanism or through the mold's open-close mechanism.
