A wax block forming machine is an essential piece of equipment designed to expertly transform liquid wax into precisely shaped wax blocks, ideal for various industrial applications.
Our machine is engineered to transport liquid wax efficiently via pipelines or containers into the wax storage tank. This tank is specifically designed for heated, melted paraffin wax, beeswax, and more. Equipped with cutting-edge heating and temperature control devices, it maintains the wax at an optimal range of 50-70 degrees Celsius. Once the liquid wax is poured into the mold, it undergoes solidification through a meticulously engineered circulating cooling water system within the mold cooling channel. The mold's design intricately dictates the final shape of the wax block. Throughout the solidification process, the machine applies precise pressure, ensuring the wax block's structure is both compact and aesthetically smooth. Upon complete solidification, the wax block is expertly removed through a sophisticated ejecting mechanism or by seamlessly opening and closing the mold.
