As the liquid wax gracefully flows into the mold, our state-of-the-art circulating cooling water system within the mold cooling channel solidifies the wax, creating blocks that perfectly embody the mold's intricate design. Throughout the vital solidification phase, the machine applies precision pressure to ensure that each wax block is dense, flawlessly smooth, and of superior quality. Once the wax block achieves full solidification, it is carefully extracted with expert precision by the ejecting mechanism or the intuitive mold opening and closing system.
