The wax block forming machine is an innovative apparatus meticulously designed to transform liquid wax into beautifully shaped wax blocks, offering precision and consistency in every piece.
Liquid wax, whether melted paraffin or beeswax, is effortlessly channeled into the wax storage tank via a sophisticated pipeline or container system. This tank, equipped with cutting-edge heating and temperature control technologies, maintains the wax at an optimal temperature of approximately 50-70 degrees Celsius. Once the liquid wax is poured into the mold, it undergoes rapid solidification, aided by a dynamic cooling water system that flows through the mold's cooling channels. The mold's intricate design ensures each wax block is crafted to perfection, with the forming machine applying precise pressure to achieve a compact, smooth finish. Upon complete solidification, the wax block is deftly ejected by a state-of-the-art ejecting mechanism or the efficient mold opening and closing system.
