1. Our innovative dewaxing deoiling equipment embodies a seamless integration of processes within a single, sophisticated device, adeptly producing both dewaxed oil and paraffin. The exceptional solvent dewaxing technique is designed to efficiently process wax-laden raw oil. By introducing a selective solvent, the temperature is precisely reduced, allowing wax to crystallize into solid form. This ingenious method hinges on dissolving the oil while keeping the wax insoluble or minimally soluble, culminating in a solid-liquid phase. The filtration system then adeptly separates wax from oil. Beyond selective dissolution, the solvent performs a critical role in minimizing oil viscosity, thus fostering optimal conditions for crystallization and flawless filtration separation. Key process influencers include solvent attributes, composition, the volume of solvent added, its incorporation method, cooling velocity, and solvent moisture levels.

2. During production, recycling the solvent from filtrate and wax is paramount. Our cutting-edge system employs double-effect or triple-effect evaporation for solvent recovery, collaboratively operating low and high-pressure towers in a synchronized flash and stripping sequence, ensuring utmost efficiency.

3. Over time, solvent cycling leads to increased water content, necessitating entry into a sophisticated drying tower system. Here, water is meticulously extracted, purifying and revitalizing the solvent to its optimal form.

4. The meticulous cooling and crystallization of the solvent dewaxing and deoiling raw material solution occur within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. This process gracefully unfolds as the solution gradually cools and crystallizes, facilitated by a rotating scraper within the pipe's forward flow.

5. The crystallized raw material solution is introduced into a precision-engineered vacuum filter. This apparatus utilizes a vacuum pump to skillfully extract solvent and oil, while wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum. Through rotation, the wax is expertly removed, and as it contains solvent, it progresses into the extraction tower for precise solvent recovery.

6. In the wax refining and molding phase, wax containing solvent is directed into a mixing tank for clay refining. Subsequently, it enters an automatic slag filter for wax and clay separation, yielding refined wax. This refined wax is then channeled into a forming machine, with options including a grain wax forming machine and a wax block forming machine. High-output enterprises often opt for both machine types to ensure versatile production capabilities.
