Our innovative wax block forming machine is expertly engineered to transform liquid wax into perfectly shaped wax blocks, tailored to meet specific requirements with absolute precision.
The process begins as liquid wax, composed of heated melted paraffin wax, beeswax, and more, is seamlessly delivered to the wax storage tank via pipelines or containers. This storage tank is ingeniously equipped with advanced heating and temperature control systems, ensuring paraffin wax is optimally heated to approximately 50-70 degrees Celsius. Upon entering the mold, the liquid wax solidifies through a sophisticated system of circulating cooling water, flowing within the mold's cooling channels. The mold's design uniquely dictates the resulting wax block's shape. During the solidification phase, our machine expertly applies pressure, enhancing the wax block's structural integrity and achieving a flawlessly smooth finish. Once solidified, the wax block is effortlessly extracted through our efficient ejection or mold opening and closing mechanisms.
