1, Experience the seamless integration of dewaxing and deoiling in one cohesive device. This sophisticated process allows for the simultaneous production of dewaxed oil and paraffin. Solvent dewaxing involves treating wax-laden crude oil with a selective solvent, reducing the temperature to crystallize the wax into a solid form. The process exploits the differential solubility properties of the solvent, enabling a solid-liquid phase separation through filtration. This strategic method not only dissolves oil but also reduces viscosity, facilitating optimal conditions for crystallization and separation. The effectiveness of solvent dewaxing and deoiling hinges on multiple factors, including the solvent's properties, its composition, the quantity used, the method of solvent application, cooling rates, and, crucially, the water content within the solvent.

2, Our production process emphasizes environmental responsibility, incorporating efficient solvent recovery systems for both filtrate and wax. Double-effect or triple-effect evaporation systems ensure thorough recovery, requiring synchronized operation of low and high-pressure towers during flash and stripping phases.

3, Over time, the solvent cycle results in an increase in water content, necessitating a transition to the drying tower system. This process meticulously removes moisture, ensuring the solvent remains in peak condition.

4. The cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution within the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device occur within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. As the solution flows through the pipe, aided by a rotating scraper, it gradually cools and crystallizes, ensuring uniform and consistent results.

5, Post-crystallization, the raw material solution is transferred to the vacuum filter. Here, the solvent and oil are efficiently extracted via suction, while wax accumulates on the vacuum filter drum. Through systematic rotation, the wax is scraped off. Given the residual solvent in wax and oil, an extraction tower is employed to reclaim the solvent effectively.

6, Transform wax into refined marvels with our comprehensive wax refining and molding process. After separation of solvent in the mixing tank, clay is introduced for refining. The resulting mixture enters an automatic slag filter, where wax and clay are separated, yielding pure refined wax. This wax is then channeled into forming machines, offering two options: grain wax and wax block formation, catering to various production needs. High-output enterprises benefit significantly from utilizing both forming machine types.
