The wax block forming machine is an innovative device meticulously designed to transform liquid wax into perfectly shaped wax blocks, ensuring uniformity and quality in every piece.
Liquid wax, consisting of melted paraffin wax, beeswax, and more, is delivered via pipeline or container into the wax storage tank of the forming machine. The tank, equipped with advanced heating and temperature control systems, maintains the wax at an optimal temperature of around 50-70 degrees Celsius. Once the liquid wax is transferred into the mold, it solidifies efficiently through a cooling process involving circulating water within the mold's cooling channels. The mold's design profoundly influences the ultimate shape of the wax block. Throughout solidification, the forming machine may apply pressure to ensure the wax block is compact, with a smooth, flawless finish. Upon complete solidification, the wax block is effortlessly extracted using either the ejecting mechanism or the sophisticated mold opening and closing system.
