1. Experience the synergy of our advanced dewaxing and deoiling process, encapsulated in a single innovative device. Our system seamlessly produces dewaxed oil and paraffin by utilizing wax-containing raw oil. With the aid of a selective solvent, the temperature is meticulously lowered to crystallize the wax into solid form. The process capitalizes on the solvent's unique ability to dissolve oil while maintaining the insolubility or reduced solubility of wax, creating a distinct solid-liquid phase. Through precise filtration, the separation of wax and oil is elegantly achieved. Moreover, the solvent not only serves its primary role in dissolution but also significantly reduces the oil's viscosity, thereby fostering the ideal conditions for crystallization and filtration separation. The process efficacy is primarily influenced by factors such as the solvent's properties and composition, the quantity of solvent added, the method of solvent addition, cooling rates, and the water content within the solvent.

2. In the realm of production, the efficient recycling of solvent from both the filtrate and wax is paramount. Our filtrate and wax solvent recovery system employs advanced double-effect or triple-effect evaporation techniques. This evaporation process requires the synchronized operation of both low-pressure and high-pressure towers, particularly during the critical phases of flashing and stripping, ensuring optimum recovery of valuable solvents.

3. As the solvent undergoes cyclic use, it naturally accumulates water content over time. Our cutting-edge drying tower system is engineered to address this by effectively removing excess water, thereby drying the solvent to maintain its optimal performance characteristics.

4. The cooling and crystallization stage of the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device's raw material solution is expertly executed within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the raw material solution cools and crystallizes progressively in an expertly designed forward-flow pipe featuring an internal rotating scraper, ensuring a uniform and efficient crystallization process.

5. Post-crystallization, the raw material solution is directed into a high-efficiency vacuum filter. This sophisticated vacuum filtration system utilizes a vacuum pump to meticulously extract the solvent and oil. Wax is adeptly adsorbed onto the vacuum filter drum, where it is then skillfully scraped off through rotation. Given the presence of solvent in both the wax and oil, they are subsequently transferred to an extraction tower dedicated to solvent recovery.

6. For wax refining and molding, the wax containing residual solvent is conveyed to a mixing tank where clay is added for refining. This blend is then processed through an automatic slag filter, resulting in the separation of wax and clay to produce refined wax. The refined wax is subsequently directed to our forming machine, offering two options: a grain wax forming machine and a wax block forming machine. Enterprises with high output demands typically opt for the dual approach of utilizing both the grain wax and wax block forming machines, ensuring unparalleled production capabilities.
