1, Discover the innovation in our combined dewaxing and deoiling process, ingeniously designed to simultaneously produce high-quality dewaxing oil and pristine paraffin. Our solvent dewaxing technique operates by cooling wax-containing raw oil with a selective solvent, encouraging the wax to crystallize. This crystallization is pivotal, creating a solid-liquid phase that allows for the flawless separation of wax and oil through advanced filtration. The solvent not only ensures selective dissolution but also remarkably reduces oil viscosity, facilitating optimal conditions for crystal formation and seamless filtration separation. Key factors influencing the efficiency of this solvent dewaxing and deoiling process include the solvent's inherent properties and composition, the precise amount of solvent used, the method of its addition, the cooling rate, and its water content.

2, During production, it's essential to recycle the solvent found in both the filtrate and wax. Our sophisticated recovery system employs either double-effect or triple-effect evaporation technology. For maximum efficiency, this evaporation process mandates the synchronized operation of both low-pressure and high-pressure towers, ensuring optimal performance during the flash and stripping stages.

3, As the solvent is utilized over time, its water content may rise. To address this, our system incorporates an advanced drying tower, engineered to effectively remove excess water and ensure the solvent is thoroughly dried, maintaining its efficacy.

4. The cooling and crystallization journey of the raw material solution within our solvent dewaxing and deoiling equipment takes place inside a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the solution gradually cools and crystallizes in tandem with the forward flow of a pipe, equipped with an internal rotating scraper, ensuring precision and efficiency in the crystallization process.

5, Once crystallized, the raw material solution enters our high-capacity vacuum filter. Utilizing a vacuum pump, this filter expertly extracts the solvent and oil, while the wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum. Through meticulous rotation, the wax is skillfully scraped off. Given that both wax and oil contain solvent, they are then transferred to an extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6, Our wax refining process is a marvel of modern engineering. The wax, containing solvent, enters a mixing tank where clay refining occurs, followed by passage through an automatic slag filter to separate the wax from the clay, resulting in refined, pure wax. This refined wax is then fed into a forming machine. For high-output enterprises, we offer two types of forming machines: a grain wax forming machine and a wax block forming machine, empowering businesses to select the configuration that best meets their production goals.
