1. Our state-of-the-art dewaxing and deoiling process combines multiple operations within a single set of devices, ingeniously producing both dewaxed oil and paraffin. Solvent dewaxing involves treating wax-laden raw oil with a selective solvent, lowering the temperature to induce wax crystallization. The process leverages the solvent's unique properties, dissolving oil while rendering wax less soluble, forming distinct solid-liquid phases. By employing meticulous filtration, we achieve an effective separation of wax and oil. Beyond selective dissolution, the solvent plays a crucial role in reducing oil viscosity, optimizing conditions for crystallization and efficient filtration. Key factors influencing the solvent dewaxing and deoiling process include solvent characteristics, composition, addition method, cooling rate, and solvent water content.

2. Throughout production, it is vital to recycle the solvent present in both the filtrate and wax. Our cutting-edge solvent recovery system employs double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, meticulously orchestrated with synchronized low-pressure and high-pressure towers, facilitating flash and stripping operations.

3. Over time, the cycling solvent accumulates excess water, necessitating its passage through the drying tower system. This essential step efficiently removes moisture, ensuring the solvent remains dry and effective.

4. The solvent dewaxing and deoiling device executes its cooling and crystallization processes using a sophisticated horizontal sleeve crystallizer. In this system, the raw material solution undergoes gradual cooling and crystallization as it moves along pipes equipped with a rotating scraper, ensuring optimal crystallization.

5. Once crystallized, the raw material solution is transferred into a vacuum filter. Utilizing a vacuum pump, this advanced system extracts the solvent and oil, while wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum. Through rotation, the wax is effectively scraped off. Given that both wax and oil contain residual solvent, they subsequently proceed to an extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6. In the wax refining and molding phase, wax laden with solvent is directed into a mixing tank, where clay refining is added. This mixture then enters an automatic slag filter for the separation of wax and clay, resulting in refined wax. The refined wax is subsequently channeled into a forming machine, with enterprises typically opting for a combination of grain wax forming machines and wax block forming machines to achieve high output efficiency.
