This process involves expertly heated and melted paraffin wax, beeswax, and more. The wax storage tank comes equipped with sophisticated heating and temperature control systems, maintaining paraffin wax at an optimal range of 50-70 degrees Celsius. Once the liquid wax is skillfully injected into the mold, it solidifies through an innovative system of circulating cooling water within the mold's cooling channels. The mold's unique design dictates the elegant shape of the wax block. During solidification, the machine may apply pressure, enhancing the wax block's compact structure and smooth appearance. Upon complete solidification, the wax block is effortlessly extracted using the ejecting mechanism or the mold's opening and closing mechanism.
