The process begins with liquid wax, which is skillfully transported to the wax storage tank of the forming machine through an efficient pipeline or container system. This wax mixture, comprising heated melted paraffin wax and beeswax, is maintained at an optimal temperature between 50-70 degrees Celsius using advanced heating and temperature control devices. Once the liquid wax enters the precision-engineered mold, it swiftly solidifies, aided by a dynamic cooling system with circulating water flowing through the mold's cooling channels. The mold's exacting design dictates the final shape of the wax block, ensuring precision and uniformity. During solidification, the forming machine may apply pressure to enhance the wax block's structural integrity and achieve a flawlessly smooth finish. Once fully solidified, the wax block is effortlessly removed by the innovative ejecting mechanism or the efficient mold opening and closing system.
