Our solvent dewaxing technique expertly manages wax-laden raw oil, employing a selective solvent that, upon cooling, prompts solid wax crystallization. This advanced system facilitates the dissolution of oil while maintaining the insolubility of wax, thus forging a solid-liquid phase separation. Leveraging a state-of-the-art filtration system, we achieve unparalleled wax and oil separation. The selective solvent not only aids dissolution but also optimizes oil viscosity, bolstering crystallization and filtration. Key influences on this process include the solvent’s properties, composition, and quantity, alongside the method of solvent addition, cooling rate, and solvent's water content.

2, Throughout production, the recycling of solvents from filtrate and wax is paramount. Our sophisticated filtrate and wax solvent recovery system employs double-effect or triple-effect evaporation. This intricate evaporation process necessitates the concurrent operation of both low and high-pressure towers, especially during the flash and stripping phases.

3, As the solvent cycles over time, its water content naturally increases, necessitating a transition into our state-of-the-art drying tower system. Here, excess moisture is expertly extracted, ensuring the solvent remains dry and highly effective for subsequent operations.

4. Witness the seamless completion of cooling and crystallization within our solvent dewaxing and deoiling device. This process is executed in a horizontal sleeve crystallizer, where raw material solution steadily cools and crystallizes along the conduit, guided by an internal rotating scraper.

5, The journey of crystallized raw material solution continues into the vacuum filter stage, where a vacuum pump diligently extracts solvent and oil. Wax is efficiently adsorbed on the vacuum filter drum, then mechanically scraped off. Given the presence of solvent in both wax and oil, these are directed to the extraction tower for solvent separation.

6, Embark on wax's transformative journey—post-refining, solvent-laden wax enters a mixing tank, blends with clay for refinement, and progresses to an automatic slag filter. Here, wax and clay are expertly separated, yielding refined wax. This refined wax is then shaped in our forming machines. Catering to high-output demands, we offer both grain wax and block wax forming machines, empowering enterprises to select the optimal solution for their production needs.
