1, Experience the synergy of dewaxing and deoiling in a unified setup! Our process expertly generates dewaxed oil and paraffin simultaneously. Solvent dewaxing is an exceptional technique where the wax-laden raw oil, in the presence of a selective solvent, undergoes a temperature reduction to trigger wax crystallization. This method employs the solvent's unique ability to dissolve oil while leaving wax less soluble, thereby achieving a meticulous wax-oil separation via filtration. The solvent not only selectively dissolves but also reduces oil viscosity, paving the way for optimal crystallization and filtration. Key elements influencing the solvent dewaxing and deoiling process include the solvent's properties, composition, and the amount added. The meticulous method of solvent addition, cooling dynamics, and the water content of the solvent also play pivotal roles.

2, During production, efficient solvent recovery is crucial. The filtrate and wax solvent recovery systems employ a double-effect or triple-effect evaporation process, necessitating the simultaneous operation of both low-pressure and high-pressure towers, especially during flashing and stripping phases.

3, As the solvent cycles through the system over time, its water content rises, necessitating its passage through a drying tower system to efficiently remove excess water and ensure the solvent is thoroughly dried.

4. The transformative cooling and crystallization journey of the raw material solution unfolds within a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the solution cools and crystallizes progressively, facilitated by a rotating scraper inside a forward-flowing pipe system.

5, The crystallized solution then enters the vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump expertly extracts solvent and oil. Wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum and is deftly removed via rotation. Given the presence of solvent in both wax and oil, these components must pass through the extraction tower for thorough solvent reclamation.

6, After wax refining and molding, any solvent within the wax is processed through a mixing tank. Here, clay refining takes place, followed by separation in an automatic slag filter. The result is pure, refined wax, which is then shaped in a forming machine. Choose between a grain wax forming machine or a wax block forming machine, with high-output enterprises often opting for both to maximize efficiency and output.
