1, Experience the seamless integration of dewaxing and deoiling in a single, advanced apparatus, where both dewaxed oil and paraffin are expertly produced. Our cutting-edge solvent dewaxing process involves cooling wax-laden raw oil in the presence of a selective solvent. This method encourages solid wax crystallization, while the solvent dissolves oil and minimizes solubility of wax, creating distinct solid-liquid phases. The process utilizes sophisticated filtration to segregate wax from oil. The solvent's dual role of selective dissolution and viscosity reduction promotes ideal crystallization and separation conditions. Key factors influencing this refined solvent dewaxing and deoiling operation include solvent properties and composition, the precise amount of solvent employed, the method of solvent addition, cooling rates, and the solvent's water content.

2, During the production process, it is crucial to recycle solvents from both the filtrate and wax. Our cutting-edge dual-effect or triple-effect evaporation systems ensure this, requiring simultaneous operation of both low-pressure and high-pressure towers during the flash and stripping phases.

3, To maintain optimal solvent performance, the drying tower system is employed to remove excess water accumulated over time, ensuring that the solvent remains dry and effective throughout its cycle.

4. Our advanced horizontal sleeve crystallizer completes the cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution in the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device. As the solution flows forward in a pipe equipped with a rotating scraper, it gradually cools and crystallizes, ensuring precision and consistency.

5, The crystallized raw material solution is then introduced into a high-efficiency vacuum filter. Here, a vacuum pump meticulously extracts the solvent and oil, while the vacuum filter drum adsorbs wax. The rotating mechanism scrapes off the wax, and since both wax and oil contain solvent, they are directed to the extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6, During wax refining and molding, the solvent-laden wax is transferred into a mixing tank for clay refining. Post-refinement, it enters an automated slag filter for wax and clay separation, resulting in pure, refined wax. The refined wax is then processed in a forming machine; high-output enterprises typically utilize both grain wax and block wax forming machines for superior production efficiency.
