This state-of-the-art wax block forming machine features an advanced pipeline or container system that seamlessly transports liquid wax, including molten paraffin wax and beeswax, to its specialized wax storage tank. The tank is ingeniously equipped with both heating and temperature control devices, adeptly maintaining paraffin wax temperatures between 50-70 degrees Celsius. Upon entering the mold, the liquid wax undergoes solidification, facilitated by a sophisticated circulating cooling water system within the mold's cooling channel. The design of the mold determines the wax block's eventual shape. During the solidification process, the machine may apply pressure to ensure the wax block's structure is compact and boasts a smooth, impeccable appearance. Once solidified, the wax block is effortlessly retrieved by either the ejecting mechanism or the mold opening and closing mechanism, epitomizing operational efficiency.
