Product Description

Customized solvent deoiling and dewaxing oil refining separation equipment featuring an advanced filtration system.

1. The dewaxing and deoiling process is ingeniously integrated into a single set of devices, allowing simultaneous production of dewaxed oil and paraffin. This cutting-edge solvent dewaxing technology involves introducing a selective solvent to wax-laden raw oil, reducing temperature until the wax crystallizes into solid form. Utilizing the solvent's unique properties—dissolving oil while the wax remains insoluble or minimally soluble—a solid-liquid phase emerges, enabling efficient wax-oil separation through filtration. Beyond its selective dissolution role, the solvent remarkably reduces oil viscosity, promoting optimal crystallization and seamless filtration separation. The process's efficacy pivots on key factors: solvent properties and composition, solvent quantity, method of solvent introduction, cooling rate, and solvent water content.

2. During production, recycling the solvent from both filtrate and wax is imperative. Our innovative recovery system employs double-effect or triple-effect evaporation techniques, with synchronized operation of low and high-pressure towers during the flash and stripping processes.

3. Over time, as the solvent cycle progresses, water content escalates, necessitating entry into the drying tower system for thorough water removal and solvent drying.

4. The raw material solution cooling and crystallization for our solvent dewaxing device is accomplished within a state-of-the-art horizontal sleeve crystallizer. The solution cools progressively, crystallizing along the pipe's forward flow, aided by an internal rotating scraper.

5. The crystallized solution transitions into the vacuum filter, where a vacuum pump extracts solvent and oil. Wax adheres to the vacuum filter drum, then rotates for wax scraping. Given the solvent content in wax and oil, further extraction in the extraction tower is necessary to reclaim the solvent.

6. In the wax refining and molding stage, wax, containing solvent, is transferred into a mixing tank for clay refinement. Subsequently, it enters an automatic slag filter for wax and clay separation, yielding refined wax. This refined wax is processed in a forming machine, with high-output enterprises typically employing both grain wax and wax block forming machines for optimal results.
