1. Experience an innovative fusion of dewaxing and deoiling processes within a singular, sophisticated system. This dual-function equipment simultaneously yields dewaxed oil and paraffin by leveraging solvent dewaxing. Here, wax-laden raw oil undergoes a transformative journey. In the presence of a selective solvent, the temperature is meticulously lowered to facilitate the crystallization of wax. This distinct solid-liquid phase is created as the solvent dissolves the oil while leaving the wax insoluble or less soluble. Through the power of filtration, the wax and oil are seamlessly separated. Beyond selective dissolution, our solvent adeptly decreases the oil's viscosity, paving the way for optimal crystallization and efficient filtration separation. Key influencers of this remarkable solvent dewaxing and deoiling process include the properties and composition of the solvent, the quantity and method of solvent addition, cooling rate, and the solvent's water content.

2. Throughout the production process, sustainability is key as the solvent in the filtrate and wax undergoes an essential recycling phase. This is managed through a sophisticated double-effect or triple-effect evaporation system. The evaporation process is impeccably coordinated, necessitating the concurrent operation of both low and high pressure towers, diligently performing through flashing and stripping.

3. As the solvent cycles continuously, its water content gradually increases. To maintain ideal performance and quality, it is crucial to channel it into the drying tower system, where precision drying efficiently removes excess moisture.

4. Our cutting-edge horizontal sleeve crystallizer takes center stage in the cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution within the solvent dewaxing and deoiling device. As the solution advances along the rotating scraper-equipped pipes, it undergoes a gradual cooling and crystallizing process, ensuring optimal results.

5. Once crystallized, the raw material solution is directed into the vacuum filter, where adept vacuum pumps extract the solvent and oil. Wax is skillfully adhered to the vacuum filter drum, and through calculated rotation, the wax is expertly scraped off. Given the solvent content in the wax and oil, the mixture is then transferred to the extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6. In the final step, wax refining and molding are seamlessly executed. The wax, infused with solvent, enters the mixing tank where refining clay is added. Post this purification, the mixture proceeds to the automatic slag filter, achieving the separation of wax and clay, resulting in high-grade refined wax. This refined wax then advances to the forming machine, where it is expertly shaped. Our dual-forming machine options cater to diverse needs: a granule wax forming machine and a wax block forming machine, with high-output enterprises typically opting for both to maximize efficiency and output.
