1, Experience the revolutionary combined process of dewaxing and deoiling, seamlessly integrated in a singular device to simultaneously produce superior dewaxed oil and high-quality paraffin. Our cutting-edge solvent dewaxing method, utilizing wax-containing raw oil and selective solvents, expertly reduces temperatures to induce solid wax crystallization. This process, leveraging the solvent’s unique oil dissolution properties, creates a solid-liquid phase separation. Through meticulous filtration, a clear separation of wax and oil is achieved. Within this system, the solvent not only selectively dissolves but also reduces oil viscosity, optimizing conditions for superior crystallization and filtration. Key factors influencing this advanced process include solvent properties and composition, precise solvent addition, innovative cooling techniques, and critical water content management.

2, In the dynamic production cycle, solvent recovery is paramount. Both filtrate and wax undergo sophisticated solvent recovery through double-effect or triple-effect evaporation systems. Coordinated operation of low and high-pressure towers during evaporation, flashing, and stripping ensures maximum efficiency in solvent retrieval, maintaining optimal process integrity.

3, Over time, solvent cycles may lead to increased water content, necessitating entry into our state-of-the-art drying tower system. This process meticulously extracts water, ensuring the solvent is impeccably dry and ready for reuse, maintaining peak operational performance.

4. Our innovative horizontal sleeve crystallizer is where the magic happens; it’s here that the raw material solution for solvent dewaxing and deoiling undergoes precise cooling and crystallization. As the solution progresses through the pipe, equipped with a rotating scraper, it cools incrementally, facilitating perfect crystallization.

5, Following crystallization, the solution enters our high-efficiency vacuum filter. Utilizing a vacuum pump, this filter expertly extracts the solvent and oil, depositing wax onto the vacuum filter drum. As the drum rotates, wax is efficiently scraped off. Given the presence of solvent in both wax and oil, they proceed to the extraction tower for solvent recovery, optimizing resource use.

6, In the wax refining process, wax infused with solvent is transferred to the mixing tank, where clay is added for refining. It then proceeds to the automatic slag filter for separation, yielding refined wax. This refined product is directed to the forming machine, available in two variations: grain wax forming and wax block forming. High-output operations often employ both machines to maximize production capabilities.
