A wax block forming machine is a specialized device crafted to expertly transform liquid wax into uniformly shaped wax blocks. It ensures efficiency and consistency in wax block production, catering to a diverse range of industrial applications.
Experience the seamless operation of our cutting-edge wax block forming machine. Liquid wax, composed of melted paraffin and beeswax, is transported via pipeline or container to the wax storage tank, equipped with sophisticated heating and temperature control. The wax is meticulously heated to approximately 50-70 degrees Celsius. Upon entering the mold, the wax solidifies, thanks to the circulating cooling water in the cooling channel. The mold's design precisely dictates the wax block's final shape. During solidification, the machine applies pressure to ensure the wax block's structure is compact and its surface smooth. Once fully solidified, the wax block is effortlessly ejected using our superior ejecting mechanism or mold opening and closing system.
