1, Our dewaxing and deoiling process is a marvel of engineering, combining multiple operations within a singular device. This sophisticated system delivers both dewaxed oil and paraffin with unparalleled precision. The solvent dewaxing method involves treating wax-laden raw oil with a selective solvent, effectively lowering temperatures to crystallize the wax into solids. This process capitalizes on the unique ability of the solvent to dissolve oil while leaving wax insoluble, forming a distinct solid-liquid phase. Through meticulous filtration, we achieve a clean separation of wax and oil. Crucially, our solvent not only facilitates selective dissolution but also significantly reduces oil viscosity, creating optimal conditions for crystallization and efficient filtration. Key variables impacting this process include the solvent's properties and composition, the quantity added, the method of addition, cooling rates, and the solvent's water content.

2, A key feature of our production process is the recycling of solvents found in both the filtrate and wax. Our system employs either double-effect or triple-effect evaporation to achieve seamless solvent recovery, with both the low-pressure and high-pressure towers operating concurrently during the flash and stripping phases.

3, Over time, the solvent may accumulate moisture, necessitating its transfer to our drying tower system. This advanced system efficiently dehydrates and dries the solvent, ensuring continual optimal performance.

4. Our horizontal sleeve crystallizer is an ingenious component where the cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution occur. As the solution flows forward through the pipe, equipped with a rotating scraper, it gradually cools and crystallizes, ensuring high-quality output every time.

5, Post-crystallization, the raw material solution is subjected to our state-of-the-art vacuum filter. Here, a vacuum pump removes the solvent and oil, while the wax is effectively adsorbed onto the vacuum filter drum. Gentle rotation allows for easy wax removal. Given the presence of solvent in both wax and oil, they are then channeled into the extraction tower for comprehensive solvent recovery.

6, Our wax refining and molding process is designed for excellence. Wax containing solvent is mixed in a tank with added clay for refining. Post-refinement, the mixture enters an automatic slag filter to separate wax from clay. This results in high-quality, refined wax, which is then shaped using our advanced forming machines. Enterprises with high output demands benefit from our dual-machine setup, featuring both grain wax and wax block forming machines, ensuring maximum versatility and productivity.
