1, Experience the seamless integration of dewaxing and deoiling processes in a unified system that not only produces high-quality dewaxed oil but also premium paraffin. Our state-of-the-art solvent dewaxing technique involves the introduction of a selective solvent to the wax-laden raw oil, lowering the temperature to induce solid crystallization of wax. This process leverages the distinct solubility properties of oil and wax, forming a solid-liquid phase that is expertly separated via filtration. The solvent's dual role includes reducing oil viscosity, thereby optimizing conditions for crystallization and filtration. Key factors influencing this meticulous process include solvent properties, composition, the volume of solvent utilized, the method of solvent addition, cooling rate, and solvent water content.

2, In our innovative production process, both the filtrate and wax solvents are meticulously recycled. This is achieved through a sophisticated system of double-effect or triple-effect evaporation, where both low-pressure and high-pressure towers operate in tandem, ensuring efficient solvent recovery during the flash and stripping stages.

3, As the solvent circulates over time, its water content gradually increases. To maintain optimal functionality, it is essential to channel the solvent into the drying tower system for effective water removal and drying.

4. The raw material solution undergoes a cutting-edge cooling and crystallization process within our horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the solution cools and crystallizes progressively as it advances through a pipe equipped with a rotating scraper, ensuring uniform crystal formation.

5, Once crystallized, the raw material solution is expertly transferred into a vacuum filter. This sophisticated device uses a vacuum pump to extract the solvent and oil, with wax being attracted to the vacuum filter drum. Through rotation, the wax is skillfully scraped off, and due to the presence of solvent in both wax and oil, they are directed to the extraction tower for comprehensive solvent retrieval.

6, In our wax refining and molding stage, the solvent-laden wax is processed in a mixing tank with clay for thorough refining, followed by passage through an automatic slag filter. This process effectively separates wax from clay, resulting in refined wax that is then directed into one of our two forming machines—a grain wax forming machine or a wax block forming machine. For enterprises with high output demands, the combined use of both machines ensures maximum efficiency and product quality.
