1. Unlock the power of combined processing with our advanced dewaxing and deoiling system, designed to simultaneously produce superior dewaxed oil and pure paraffin. Our solvent dewaxing technology ingeniously lowers temperatures to crystallize wax, utilizing the selective solvent properties to dissolve oil while preserving wax's insolubility. This results in a precise solid-liquid phase separation achieved through meticulous filtration. Additionally, our system enhances oil viscosity reduction, fostering optimal conditions for crystallization and separation. Key factors influencing this innovative process include solvent composition, addition technique, cooling rate, and solvent water content.

2. Optimize production efficiency by recycling the solvent in the filtrate and wax. Our dual-effect or triple-effect evaporation system ensures solvent recovery, demanding simultaneous operation of low and high-pressure towers during the flash and stripping phases.

3. Maintain peak solvent performance by periodically cycling through our drying tower system to effectively eliminate excess water and ensure the solvent remains dry and ready for continuous use.

4. Achieve flawless cooling and crystallization with our horizontal sleeve crystallizer, where the raw material solution gradually cools and crystallizes while progressing through a rotating scraper-enhanced pipe system.
