Introducing our premium Customized Solvent Deoiling and Dewaxing Oil Refining Separation Equipment, ingeniously designed with an advanced filtration system for optimal performance.

1. Our innovative dewaxing and deoiling process expertly combines within a single apparatus to produce both dewaxed oil and paraffin simultaneously. Solvent dewaxing operates by lowering the temperature of wax-containing crude oil in the presence of a selective solvent, inducing wax crystallization. This allows the solvent to dissolve oils while leaving waxes largely insoluble, creating a distinct solid-liquid phase. Filtration is then employed to effectively separate wax from oil. The solvent's dual function also includes viscosity reduction, enhancing crystallization and filtration conditions. Key factors influencing this process include solvent properties, composition, quantity, addition method, cooling rate, and the solvent's water content.

2. During production, it's essential to recycle the solvent present in both the filtrate and wax. This is efficiently managed via a double-effect or triple-effect evaporation system, operating with both low and high-pressure towers to ensure seamless flash and stripping processes.

3. Over time, the solvent's water content may rise, necessitating a cycle through the drying tower system to effectively remove moisture and thoroughly dry the solvent.

4. The cooling and crystallization of the raw material solution for our solvent dewaxing and deoiling device occur in a horizontal sleeve crystallizer. Here, the solution cools and crystallizes progressively as it moves through a pipe equipped with a rotating scraper.

5. Post-crystallization, the raw material solution is directed into a vacuum filter. The vacuum pump efficiently removes solvent and oil, allowing wax to adhere to the rotating vacuum filter drum. This wax is then scraped off, and since both wax and oil contain solvent, they proceed to the extraction tower for solvent recovery.

6. In the wax refining stage, solvent-laden wax enters a mixing tank where clay is added for refinement. An automatic slag filter then separates the wax from clay, yielding refined wax. This refined wax subsequently moves to a forming machine. We offer two types: the grain wax forming machine and the wax block forming machine, with high-output enterprises typically opting for both machines.
